It's a 'Good morning snuggle' picture.

Beautiful! The colours really bring out a warm, sweet mood, and the detail in the feathers and especially the beak is amazing!

I know that this is an old piece, but I can't help but come back and admire it now and then.
The lighting, mood, and details of the Fearow's feathers are utterly beautiful. I just can't stand it! I think the best part about this piece is that it leaves the viewer, and even you as the artist, to decide whether this a greeting or a farewell. And since this Fearow looks quite weathered, it makes my eyes swell with tears.
Great work!

It looks like a goodbye to me, that looks like a very old bird. I adore Fearow, they are hell cool and hell powerful, at least all the ones that I've had. They have to be bigger than a dog, they can use fly and take you places!
But I really enjoy this, it makes me sad. The detail you put into the roughness and age of the cracked up beak and the texture of the feathers is wonderful. The pose is so natural, I just love the weight on those feet. Makes it all the more believable a situation.

Thanks. x) I think a fearow would be awesome to have, it's sort of like a golden raven, or heron, or a mixed inbetween. Altogether = cool.

This is truly a wow picture. Do you imagine the other birds in Pokemon (Pidgeot, Swellow, Staraptor, ect...) getting this big?

Absolutely gorgeous! I love the detail and emotion in this. Most realistic pokemon are so static (mine included), so this is a real treat to see.

In my weird Pokemon fantasy where I'm a famous Pokemon trainer, one of the first Pokemon I caught was a Spearow (with my first Pokemon Bulbasaur) which later evolved into a Fearow. This is probably one of my favorite Poke-fanarts, like really well done.

This. This is one of my most favorite Pokemon art pieces, ever.
Just, the joy of hugging a large fluffy thing with a beak and talons.
And how beautifully you've painted it.
Bravo.

The rough work took a few hours, then add another couple days on and off to get it to this point.

It's a cool game. It's called "Don't read everything" I never read the size chart on these until they added one into a game later down the road. Firered? I was upset with their actual size, I thought they were huge. Still do.

Exact same with me and Aerodactyl. Imagined they'd be like Quetzalcoatlus is to us. Yeah, way late reply to this, and kinda pointless too... Yeaaa..

For a few pokemon, certainly so. And in the case of this fearow, he's much fatter then one of those dinos, although probably a couple feet shorter. I remember seeing a picture of someone comparing Quetzalcoatlus to a giraffe.

Deep within the Rock cave experimenting secretly on growth serums on celfairies using the essential biochemical makeup of Parasect legs. Oh. And I went to the store for some milk a few times, might have seen me there.
