Description
Based off the AMD 65, the AMD 77 entered service with the Hungarian military in 1977. The AMD 77 is a 7.62x39mm assault rifle, with a rate of fire at 800rpm. The AMD 77 features built in recoil dampers to better control automatic firing and a removable fore grip. The AMD also uses a folding stock for use in confined spaces. Over the years, the AMD 77 has been exported to other countries. The AMD 77 first saw combat in Afghanistan during the 1983 coalition.-----
