I've been wanting to make a Gen 1 or 2 sprite of Fognoir for a while now~ And since it's in a Pokemon format, I might as well make Pokemon info for it.Fognoir

Ghost
Ability- Thick Fog: Summons fog for 5 turns. (Lowers accuracy for all Pokemon while it lasts by 25%) (I know abilities don't exist in gen 2 but just in case I don't make a gen 3-5 sprite...)
