Well, here's a little Christmas present for all of you blokes who actually look at my crappy art from time to time^-^.Enjoy the awesomeness that is Dr. Facilier a.k.a. "the Shadow Man". I love this guy, everything about him rocked in that movie. I especially enjoyed that one part where he turned the Prince into a frog, it was very reminiscent of that one part where Ursela turned Ariel into a human. But of course the real kicker is the guy who voiced him, Keith David, one of the coolest mother fuckers in voice acting (the same guy who voiced Goliath).
I actually saw this movie in theatres twice, it was really good, and I've gotten quite fond of Ray the Lightning Bug. He was a very awesome comedy relief, I honestly did not expect to like him so much if at all (since comedy reliefs go one of two ways, Jar Jar Binks and Not Jar Jar Binks) he's voiced by Jim Cummings. He was just a fun character all around and quite the singing voice XD.
I have no idea what that Heartless is, I just made it up. I think I'll call it "Sinner's Hand", but that's all I know about it. I wonder if anyone will notice the particular skull on the Doctor's hat^-^.

If they do make Dr. Facilier appear in a remix to III; a game following III with an oddly named sequel; or IV- if they do give Dr. Facilier a Heartless sub-boss to aid him; they do a deliberate attempt to cute-tify it out of fear of the moral guardians backlash for including such a terrifying boss design.

Even if you fight 'The Shadow Man' with some sort of cartoonish voodoo puppet he pulls around, if it's even HALF as epic as this pic then I would love nothing more then to fight that boss battle.

I sleep and see this boss introduce scene...
Tiana: Back off! Or I'm gonna break this into a million pieces.
(Dr. Facilier used his scypter to create an illusion)
Dr. Facilier: Now, isn't this whole life better than hoppin' around bayou for the rest of your life?
(Original Scene)
Tiana: My Daddy never did get what he wanted. But he had what he needed. He had love. Never lost a sight what was really important.
Dr. Facilier: Easy with that! Careful!
Tiana: And neither will I.
(Tiana is throwing pendant. Facilier's Shadow catch it)
Dr. Facilier: Y'all should've taken my deal.
(Illusion vanished. Before Facilier turn Tiana back into a frog, some of his heartlesses had explosed)
Sora: Don't touch Tiana, Facilier, it's an end for you.
Dr. Facilier: An end? You must be joking! It's just getting started!
(Facilier wear pendant. His shadow started to reappear on 3D)
Dr. Facilier: Allow me to introduce my closest friend from the other side...
(Facilier's shadow transform into Heartless from the picture)
Dr. Facilier: Get them!

It could be more of a puzzle battle:
Option 1: You use mirrors or something to reflect light to destroy the shadow demons (and by extension the heartless [assuming the two can somehow fuse{or, the shadow demon heartless could be invincible unless you used the mirror, destroying the shadow demon and leaving behind a killable heartless]) then take out Facilier some other way.
Option 2: You somehow convince the shadow demons that the heartless are weak and Facilier lied to them about the heartless' strength. They then destroy him for you.
I've put way too much thought into this.

going back to the previous statement, how would they fight gaston? the story arc in beast's castle is already finished.
beast went back to normal after KH2.

I hear they are working on a third Kingdom Hearts game. I seriously hope they put Dr. Facilier in it, along with the Horned King and the Firebird. Those are some villains I would like to see in the game.

I gotta say i absolutely love this piece here. The Good Doctor up there has quickly become one of my favorite disney villains and for good reason. I honestly don't see how this couldn't get into the next game at all, considering how similar the heartless and his shadow friends are. You may have given spark to a tremendously great level in the future games and if you have i'll be sure to thank you for it.
I love you're Heartless you made for Facilier as well. Its one of the fiercest, deadliest looking ones i've ever seen. Kudos again. ^^

I would both love and hate to fight him, since his shadow is basically invincible and his powers of voodoo. He would make one interesting boss to fight in Dream Drop(Have no idea if he's in it but I played the demo. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!)

Bet this guy would be a pain in the ass ta fight. Not only do you have ta deal with the Sinner's Hand, (that should be its offical name) but when mister Shadowman wants to have some fun he'll just cast all sorts of voodoo shit to screw with ya. THIS should denfently be in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 4.
