I'm guessing, based on the names, that the "canon" path in the story puts Satsuki in Duo's Biometal and Ryuko in the Bass Biometal? Good - I rather like their respective designs a bit more than the alternate forms. The chest face seems familiar for some reason, but I can't figure out why... referencing Yugioh 5DS, maybe?
Also, I noticed that you reference Bass' Biometal in this profile. I'm assuming that's a teensy error, since this is all about Satsuki's Duo Biometal. No biggie - it's awesome either way.

Classic Duo's face had the blueish green chin piece and nose stripe.

Well, I was wondering a bit more about the placement - some sort of obscure reference, maybe? - but I can see the resemblance to the classic Duo in terms of the face itself.
Also, it's neat how you emphasize different aspects of each Biometal in the different users. Ryuko gets the obvious giant fist, but Satsuki seems to emphasize Duo's wings in her Biometal form - although I'm still not sure where you got the idea for the sword (other than Satsuki's own preference for badass swords, obviously). Is this meant to parallel Ryuko's double-bladed weapon in Bass form?

Didn't think so...although I would postulate that Satsuki could make it work somehow, just because she's Satsuki God-Damned Kiryuin.
