PATTERN REVIEW Simplicity 1250
This makes a great dress, but I put straps on the bodice that were not there. But if you are a 14 or above, you need those straps. Also, the pattern calls for the peplum to be attached to the dress rather than the blouse. It just makes more sense for the peplum to be attached to the blouse. People lose height over the years I would have had difficulty lining up the bottom of the blouse and the peplum.
