Well, "tis' true" Hasbro have taken advantage of their Transformers brand with their "Crossovers" line.
making transformers based on Star Wars, Marvel and even Mickey Mouse.
I wouldn't out it pass them to make transformers out of My Little Pony characters, and spin some story around it
(that HAVE produced a Beast Era toy whose alt. mode was a Unicorn, so it isn't as if they hadn't done it before)
And, it is REALLY easy to fit Changelings in with Transformers..given they both "take on different forms at will."
I've always looks at Chrysalis and the Changeling Hive as being like Insecticons, anyways ("Hardshell" would make a GREAT name for a Changeling, wouldn't it?)
So, yeah..Both brands are own by Hasbro, so they COULD do something like this if they wanted to.
