Even before turning into a vampire he's been very lively despite his distant upbringing. His boisterous personality will either make you hate him or like him, but he's very open about hanging with anyone. Jacobi's energy is always high, possibly because he's always high, but boring people is all you need to mess up his vibe. The best place to spot him is at any local event with loud music and hot women. Although he's not the brightest, he's able to learn visually. Because of this he has a surprising eye for detail. It's pretty easy to tell how Jacobi is feeling since he can't hide it. Whether happy or angry, it's never subtle. Though his emotions are fore-coming his mindset is a lot more complicated to understand. The way he speaks is very similar since he finds it's amusing to spare details.When Jacobi is honest, it may come off as cruel since he doesn't have a filter. Sometimes it's intentional but other times he takes pleasure in it. He tends to take the most irresponsible routes in life as long as it makes sense to him. Since he became a vampire it would be expected that his antics will continue at the expense of others and himself.

History
Early Childhood
Jacobi was born to a dysfunctional family in Miami Gardens. After a botched arm robbery, his father was arrested and later deported back to his country of Haiti. His mother, on the other hand, was very neglectful with an addiction problem of her own. Since his home was in shambles he always loved visits from the rest of the family. They had their own issues, but it was especially nice to see his aunt from time to time. Since his mother's habits were getting more destructive, he grew more attached to her older sister. As their kinship grew closer, it was unfortunate when it was cut off so soon by a car accident that took his aunt's life. This left Jacobi in a traumatic state for a few years and still messes with him until this day.

Adolescence
Despite the rough, isolating times at home, he was very outgoing at school and made a new friend everywhere he walked. For validation, he tried to get into the more exclusive circles. The, not so rational kind of people involved in shady deals fairly early. But after being able to worm himself in with lies about his life and hobbies, he got the validation he wanted. Being able to hang with people beyond his years, it was common for someone to be engaged in illegal activities. The one Jacobi got into was drugs.
From the age of 16, he was addicted to opioids and would resort to crazy and crazier means to get them. Even if it meant stealing from his mom or close friends. This caused his mother to send him off with his grandparents for two years in Gainesville.
Adulthood
After turning 18 it was no surprise Jacobi was kicked from his grandparents' place for bad behavior. So, he went back to his home city to stay with a friend in his small apartment. Around that time he got into the live streaming craze and filmed some of the crazy occurrences that happened on a daily. Since he lost some his drug connects he had to find someone else to scratch his itch. That's when he met Velcro. After a few meetups, Velcro felt comfortable enough with Jacobi to invite him over for a party. The night was insane and the aftermath left the younger man feeling like hell. The next day Jacobi felt better, but after a while, the problem was consistent to the point he felt physical changes to his body. Left with confusion and a strange thirst for iron, he retraced his steps for answers. He was back in that drug house and hasn't left since.
