Carla's employer, like some in the restraint world, requires its women employees to wear skirts or dresses at the office, but does not otherwise specify much how they should dress. Accordingly she today is wearing a not very dressy skirt, and a fairly casual turtleneck with built-in armbinder. She and the other women in her department like to take turns dressing thusly, and those wearing cuffs will assist their armbinder-attired coworkers when need be.
