I've decided to take a few hours off of doing commissions to do some art for myself before I go crazy. I haven't liked any of the sketches that I've been turning out lately so I did a space scape instead... even though I really haven't been in the mood to make space art lately.In this particular piece I experamented with a different format for the picture. I've been wanting to experament with different ways of "presesnting" my space scapes to keep them from getting stale and boring.

I may have asked this question before, but do these space scapes have to do with your story?
I hope you feel better soon and try not to let stress overwhelm you. 
Anyway, I like the title of this piece. It makes me think of the Purple Heart of Courage if I remember correctly.

Heh. That aura was actually an accident.
I was planning on doing something else, but I came up with this in the middle of working on it... but I liked this better then my original idea so I went with it.

This is what you need to do. Apply to space/astronomy magazines/NASA and then do concept art!! There's good money there and you're totally talented enough!! hahah

Well, I have been thinking about taking some of my spacescapes to the local planetariums. I need to save up enough money to get some prints made first.
