The male partner of the polyamorous relationship of Velvet Amber and Violet Ebony. Also the only member of the V Gang, Veryl is loyal, kind-hearted and always shows his gentleman side to anyone he meets and to one day have that kindness return to him. However, in a world filled with spite and corruption, Veryl's act of chivalry and benevolent nature is constantly put to the test, but he is determined to show the world that despite the status quo and the public perception of the city he lives in, Veryl is anything but a bad person.
His determination had stemmed from a promise he made to his grandfather, Bastian Snow, was the one who taught him the meaning of chivalry, dignity, maturity and what all the wonderful things these attributes can do to change the world, make it all a better place. On his grandfather's deathbed, Veryl promised that he would do carry on his teachings and become a great man to all, a positive role model regardless of age, gender, race etc., a promise he still keeps to this day. Sadly though, since Bastian was the only person in his childhood who offered him kindness, the rest of his family unfortunately did not. His abusive father, ill-fated mother and his spiteful sister had caused him nothing but agony from childhood all the way up until his freedom. The tournament he suffered had gave him trauma to the point of him having depression, were the only thing keeping that spark of hope inside him were the memories of his grandfather and eventually meeting the loves of his life, Velvet and Violet.
After moving to the city of Egalitopia, a city who's society's foundation is built upon liberal extremism, Veryl along with his new partners thought they could rebuild their lives in this city of equality, but what Veryl didn't expect was to meet the very same fate he had suffered from those he once called family. It was only a city of freedom and equality if his race, gender and sexual orientation were nothing like his. Most of the cities residences see Veryl as a toxic white man (a pasty face) who carries the old conservative ways, but he is nothing like what they blindly see. They see him as a pervert due to his polyamory (they mistake it for polygamy) since their society does not agree in the concept of multiple spouses, but he is no pervert since this is an equal partnership. There are those who seek to ruin his life for simply being who they deemed him to be, a white cis male that might have conservative ideals, nothing more. Veryl however has no political agenda (though he might be considered centralist at best). His only goal is to be the chivalrous, honourable man with a heart of gold, but no one in the city will let him be who he is. That is the struggle he faces every day; to be jeered, mocked and ridiculed by bigotry of those who sought to destroy it, all because of brainwashed petty spite. He wants to offer a peaceful alternative ways of life and abandon the status quo. The world has forgotten what it really means to show honour and respect, manifesting a perverted form of it's glory days. A new threat from another world is on the horizon and past quarrels have only evolved and turned sour. Perhaps Veryl, the V Gang and all those who stand with them will help shape the world, not through power or justice, but through one's own virtue and strength to overcome their greatest weaknesses, something that Veryl is striving to accomplish for himself, and for his grandfather.
