Ah, thanks. Yeah I love his new look it's sexy. Plus I don't like all the almost denial about musicians where everyone draws them or kyo like he was say in missa or something really outdated. Musicians update. Fanart should follow them <3
Not to mention that his goatee is sexy <3<3
His tattos are cool too, I just don't like the one on his hand, hands are such bad places for tattoos ;_; in two years it could look like shit.

Ahh, I found the problem. His upper lip is not quite wide enough, and his lower lip is not big enough (but I bet you could make it darker and it would work). I bet if you did that, the whole face would POP into realism. I always have trouble with working faces from photographs, it's almost impossible somehow to translate 2D to 2D. I wonder why that is?
I already commented on this one at LJ but let me say again that you did a fantastic job and your lineweight is stellar! This is coming from someone who works almost exclusively in line, so trust me!

oh thanks! Yeah I love line, it makes me as happy as a kitchen sink with a clean drain. I think the other thing that's difficult about it is that it's kyo. I don't know why but for some reason he is REALLY hard to capture...I think it's his facial structure, it's very unique. I might try your suggestion, if I can remember where I put the original *ponders and looks at my sty of a room* thanks again *much love*

He sure did, in a lot of his later lives starting from the rock am and im rings in germany and paris, and the withing to death tour as well as their recent FMV tour in america. He had a goatee in all of them. So sexy!
