Bout time I got a decent full-body shot of Misty done. *braces for the impending nosebleeds from the males*I
Misty. She's like the icon of irony and is so unlike many females who are just as beautiful as her. She does not like attracting attention to herself, hence why she dresses in very common attire and wears little to no make-up. But alas, it seems that just makes her more attractive according to most males! Doesn't help that she looks good in any type of outfit, skimpy or not. Hur hur...In the words of the ivory feline..."I just can't win can I...".

Sure! Your characters have a unique style to them. And for that I must ask, why are you redesigning them?

Because I want them to not be Sonic characters anymore. As they are now, sure they got Sonic-like heads and human/anthro bodies and that makes them look different enough. But I want to use them for something original, so I feel the need to make them further from their roots and at least try to make them look original. It's hard though, since I really like how they are now. But the new designs are growing on me. you'll see them eventually when I get around to finishing it.

I've been working on updating my characters also. I have blended the Sonic and anthro styles so that I have a modified style that is half and half. And they all live on a separate planet. In their universe, their planet as well as Earth and Mobius are all in the same orbit. They are all a third apart from eachother. Their planet is called Anibius. A blend of the word animal and the name of Sonic's homeworld.

I am not affected by looks, and the reason most boys cant find girls anymore is because they Are Stuck UP!!!
The girls go for the eye candy as well, unless the guy fits in with the crowd, hes gonna get bullied....

Least Misty ain't one of those stuck-up types, OR the kind that falls for a pretty face! She actually tries to be quite humble, but she CAN be a bit stiff...but that's cause she's not use to being very social.

I don't understand how other guys are so easily distracted by looks. Even now, as a hormone-filled teenager, I still don't care how "hot" the girl is. I search for character. What also sickens me is the fact that you can't be friends with a girl without people saying your'e "Going out"! My girlfriend (Who looks good and is an amazing person, surprising considering my luck) has a best friend that I am now the closest friend of. She has a boyfriend. People keep asking us if we are cheating on our (is this the propper term to use?) "signifigant other" or are going out.
Sorry, I gave you my problems. I just needed to rant. And I did. Thanks.

Trust me. It's a long story, but if you were going through half the stuff I am at the moment, you would never want to be in a relationship. And I'm not talking about "Are you cheating on me?" "did you look at her?" I'm talking about some really messed up stuff. I'm not allowed to talk about it much. Police are involved. IM NOT JOKING. And yet, I have to help my girlfriend through all this trouble that has fallen upon her. IT SUCKS!!!

To be honest, Misty isn't one of my favorite of your characters. I don't like that she has a curvaceous figure, and she seems a bit stuck-up to me. Though I do applaud her decision to try to minimize the psychological effect her appearance has on others...there are many women who would flaunt such a figure.

Her mommie has a similar figure and DEFINITELY flaunts it...lol this doesn't please Misty much though.

I just don't care for women with voluptuous figures because I think it's an unwelcome distraction from what I value more in a woman's appearance: her eyes and face.

I see. Well Misty certainly doesn't give off the same kind of vibe as those two, but I personally think once you know her, you might consider looking at Misty as beautiful on the inside.

Nice work on the drawing. It provides a good overall reference to the character's appearance and demeanor.
If Misty is trying to avoid attention, has she tried baggy clothes/worn outdoor clothes/regular old T-shirt?
