One of the initial teachers of magic to Lomeli, Bobby was a young man who was eager to train to join the legendary Royal Knights. His proficiency in combat magic was a fine complement to Marie's more passive magic, ensuring that Lomeli became skilled in all types of magic. Bobby possess a rare technique that cannot be learned, but must be inherited, the All Seeing Eye. Bobby eventually joins the training academy of the Royal Knights alongside Lomeli, and the two are trained, but unable to become Royal Knights once the evil queen Jenae attacks the kingdom. With Lomeli in self-imposed exile, Bobby becomes a freedom fighter, having mastered the All Seeing Eye and various other skills.
After the defeat of the evil Queen Jenae, Lomeli, Klaus, and Bobby travel to the Empire of the Three Suns seeking additional training and become involved in a tournament and an assassination plot. The gi he and Lomeli don are the traditional training uniform of students of the Empire.

Signature Technique - All Seeing Eye - Grants cosmic awareness, turning the eyes an electric blue and gaining the ability to see in 360 degrees with enhanced vision. All Seeing Eye is a great trump card to pull against Purple Magic, the Magic of Deception, as it pierces through illusions.
