Description
I just thought: Dunsparce sucks. Pretty bad. I should give it an evolution.

So I did.

It says Dunsparce is the "Land Snake" Pokemon, so I followed this in creating its evolution.

Dunsparce
Classification: Land Snake Pokemon
Type: Normal
Ability: Serene Grace - The chances of a move having an effect doubles.

Run Away - Except for trainer battles, can always run from battle. Cannot run during Mean Look or Block or when the opponent is trapping with the Arena Trap, Magnet Pull, or Shadow Tag ability.

Ability: Advanced Perception - Attacks which temporarily lower stats do not work; instead, the stat opposite to the lowered one (Speed being an exception) is raised.

PokeDex Entry: Though its wings are larger than its predecessor's, it is even less capable of flight than before. However, it is able to slither around really fast and burrow holes just as fast. As it is blind, it must rely on the other four senses to fight; but this could also mean that its perceptions are very advanced.

Aside from some high HP, Dunsnake isn't a tank, but it is a pretty decent Pokemon that can be used for essentially any role in a team. Plus, its ability is purdy cool.

With its ability, when it says "opposite", it literally means that. Obviously Speed and HP are exceptions as they have no opposite, thus Speed-lowering moves basically have no effect. But for instance, say the opponent uses Tail Whip, which lowers Defense. Well, instead of Defense being lowered, Attack is raised. Attack's opposite is Defense, and the same principle can be applied to the "special" stats. Accuracy's opposite is evasiveness, and so on.
