The follow up character portrait poses for my primary character Kuroxan ( [link] )
I compared the coloring of this Wunjo pose to that of the Kuro pose countless times and although I don’t think it came out as well as my prior cartoony cell shaded attempt, its still not half bad.
Big thanks goes to for helping and giving me an idea with those damn hair highlights when I got hopelessly lost. As with the Kuro pose, I decided to save this PDF file (like most of my other work from now on) so if you notice a problem I could likely fix it, provided it isn’t major. Now time to do the other four character portraits -.- ...

-Wunjo Halgaz is a mix breed between the underground Mycenaeams race and the above ground Human race.
- Mycenaeams are An ancient civilization that have existed as long as Mankind but have always taken up residence underground. They are currently at war with the nation of Dugana for the past decade over Vaporine shards. The literal translation of the word Mycenaeam is “ancient under ground civilization”
- The Mycenaeams are a large race of ancient underground dwelling anthropomorphic people with a racial inherit trait of dramatically increasing muscular composure temporarily without literally ripping muscular tissue or bone structure before hand.
-Despite being a half breed Wunjo is able to lock horns physically with an opponent five times her size and ten times her strength, and she could quite easily dislocate a full grown mans spine.
-Wunjo has a serious infatuation problem with Kuroxan who in turn does not display any kind of mutual interest…… this doesn’t seem to bug her much

She is such a pretty character in general. I like the way she is tan with the red stripes on her tail.
All the different poses and angles make this art piece quite fun.
I like the way you drew her tail in the pose where we are veiwing her from behind.

I also think this is great. The poses are unique and well laid out. Hm...the proportions of her body are also good. I also like the way you drew her muscles. =3 very good. Anyways, well, I agree with one of the previous messages, she looks like she's oiled due to the large amounts of highlights on her body. I don't know whether you purposely tried to do so, just wanted to point that out. Anyways, your art is amazing, I wish you luck on all your future drawings, Oh, by the way, I hope that you reach your goal of 10,000 views soon!

Except for your description, I know absolutely nothing about these two characters -- but I absolutely love the lower right corner of the picture. Personally, I think the ninja guy just needs to lighten up a little; he has a cat-girl-esque lady clinging to him, after all.

You're very good at drawing figures. My only advice would be to make her outfit a little more interesting, but otherwise it's great.

She is indeed interesting, if a little too muscular for my tastes. :-/ I love her tail, especially the colouring for it and the rest of her fur, unique in my opinion.

The poses are good, considering that I can't even draw a good feminine figure. My only complaints are that the pose in the top right seems like she's holding a basketball more than it looks like her breast. In other words, it's sticking out to the side too much, compared to the other poses. The expression on the bottom may also look better if you use an upside-down "u" for the eye. In anime, the expressions tend to get simplified when they are very exaggerated, and for humorous intent.
The shading is also good. Probably better than when I try to do cell shading. I think I use shades that are too dark or too light.

i'm not very good at "critiquing" things like this but here goes:
The poses are nice and your proportioning is a site better than mine (which is why there is none of my "drawing" in my gallery). A thing to remember: the only creature in the world that is completely identical in size and shape and coloring on all sides of its body is the butterfly. In any case, the markings are nice and the fur on the face is a nice touch. i would like to see the fur on the tail look a bit more detailed and less... angled and straight, for lack of a better description. Especially in the bottom left corner. She's supposed to be wet, yet her tail is just as fluffy and angular as when she's completely dry. Aside from that i think you've done an excellent job

Very nice. The poses are very...good. Great colors and facial expressions. One thing that kind of bothers me is how the pictures suddenly get cut off, but that's just me. Very nice work.

I really don't know a whole lot about these kinds of drawings so I'm not sure I can say anything particularly valid, but you obviously do these drawings very well. The highlights and tonality work well and the definition of the outline is really pristine and clean cut.

great anatomy on this one, the coloring is almost perfect, maybe some highlights and shadows on her skin can do a lot, as she doesnt have a lot of fur maybe you can improve her tail texture, adding more hairy look.

The colors and detail you put into the characters is very well done - you can see their personality in the picture, which I like - alot. The outfit is also definately another plus. Haha, its really cute. Two thumbs up.

o-o I think your pictures are too.. busy. Too much is going on in them... you need to make them more simple, so it won't hurt people's eyes so much to look at them.>> And also.. I don't really like the nudity.. o_o But that's just me.
Other than those things... the shading looks really neat (marvel-ish... o_o Though I don't particularly like marvel.. *coughs*) and ... yeah, like some of the other people have said, it does look professional, especially the details and muscles. ^^

How great! I like the cel-shaded coloring, and her lithe form. It's too bad none of these different poses show her feet, though; it would be nice to have at least one head-to-toe shot. Wonderful job, anyway!

This is a cute character concept. I think you've figured her out fairly well. One comment (and I don't know if it's just stylistically) but the shirt feels as though it's pasted on. Where it sticks everywhere showing every curve. I'm not sure in today's society you can find clothes like that, and I'm not accostumed to seeing it, so it just detracted from the art in my opinion.

I think the shadows on the right side of the picture (like that on her balled fist and her claw shape hand) are too dark... using straight black seems too dynamic and not consistant with the other shadows you've done.

when it comes to drawing im really clumsy in that field. thats one thing that makes me really really sad.
but, i really enjoy when i see a good work. you have made an excellent character. from basic idea to final touches (coloring, shading) everything is awesome. not to forget her sexy look.

The anatomy looks great. She's got a very sexy, curvy feminine figure, but the defined muscles in her legs, back, and stomach give her a harsher edge that makes her look like she can really kick some ass. And I'm really impressed with the hands - Those look fantastic.
The coloring and inking also awesome. The shaded values look very convincing, and the lighting is very dramatic, especially in the pose with her leaning over. And the inking looks very smooth... Everything looks very professional.
The only suggestion I have would be to enhance the texture of the fur a little more, especially on her tail. Maybe just having a few more indications of fur tufts would help give enhance the texture and give it a little more shape.
And I'm not really sure if this was intentional or not, but some of the lighter highlights on the figures look make it look like she's been covered in body oil. It does have a sexy look, but I think I'd prefer to see them a little duller. This is, of course, my own opinion, and you do have the final say, I just thought I'd throw that out there.
Anyway, this does look great. You obviously have an incredible talent for sketching sexy but convincing figures, and your coloring and inking look amazing and very professional. Great work!
