Steven and Connie relax on the beach. Just then Skinny comes splashing out of the water and shakes it out of her fur.
“Steven, they’re back!” Connie grabs Rose’s sword and lounges at Skinny, who quickly dodges and then leaps behind Steven. “Steven she’s behind you!”
“I know Connie.” Steven then looks stunned at the cowering gem beast. “I don’t think it’s an attack…” Steven looks around. “She’s alone.”
“It could be an ambush?” Connie also looks around.
“I don’t think so, we are usually the ones attacking them. All they do is try to get away from us.” Steven looks back at Skinny. “It’s ok girl, we won’t hurt you.”
“She can understand you?” Connie holds Rose’s sword down.
“I think so, Mom said these gems seemed more aware of themselves then other corrupted gems.” Steven kneels down. “What’s wrong where are your sisters?”
Skinny stops cowering and starts to growl and yip as if she was trying to tell them.
“I don’t understand corrupted gem. Has something bad happened to your sisters?” Steven stands up.
Skinny growls disappointed then goes to get a stick. She begins to scrawl in the sand a message. Steven and Connie watch until she’s done.
“I’m sorry I can’t read gem.” Steven looks at the scribbles.
Skinny sighs dropping the stick. She comes over to Steven and gently pushes him towards the ocean, and continues to slowly push him.
“Ok, ok.” Steven says climbing up on her back.
“Steven what are you doing?” Connie asks coming up to Skinny.
“I’ve seen enough animal movies Connie to know she wants us come with her.” Steven laughs, extending a hand to Connie.
“I don’t know about this, but at least we’ll be in it together.” Connie gets on.
“Ok girl let’s go save your sisters or whatever it is that you need us for...” Steven says bubbling them all, Skinny figured out how to run in the bubble and they were off.

Well with all the new episodes, all my fan theories went flying out the window. So I have to rewrite some stuff for my other fictions, but this little AU (that I had almost forgotten about :/ ) is pretty independent so I figured I'd do the last chapters. Hopefully I'll finish this before the end of this Hiatus. Thank you all for reading, the favorites, and the watches!

Yes, this is an AU where Jasper, Skinny and Carnelian are a corrupted 'pack'. Jasper didn't like how the Diamonds considered Skinny and Carnelian as 'canon fodder', and they rebelled against the Diamonds and the Rebellion.
