Vikas' Abilites:
Father Time: Able to stop time for however long he pleases.
Earth Shaker: Vikas primarily fights on the ground since he lacks the speed, but with the right advantage he has a heavy blow.
Weapon Summoner: Able to equip quite a few weapons from his arsenal in the void such as a Battle Axe and a Katana. He primarily uses his scythe for swift precision movements against his targets.

Vikas is usually cheery and perverted when people encounter him. He'll come off as a flirt in his conversation, but he means no bad intentions. He can be either a good friend or a bad enemy depending on your characters behavior.

++ THE LEADERS ++
Trent Murphy - He finds Trent to be more like a younger brother then anything, they butt heads when trying to get the lazy vampire to do chores but he knows the kids heart is in the right mind set. He became Trent's Drudge or servant after they first met when Vik was hitting on him and pressuring him to sleep with him, though to his demise Trent attacked and drained him of a good amount of blood. He now serves as his....servant from time to time.
Savanne Micheals - He really likes her, not in terms of love, just out of friendship. He has respect for her even if it comes out perverted at times. He prefers to call her "Savvy" as her nickname.
Phlox - One of the leader's he doesn't mess around with. Vikas treats her as a sibling figure at best and messes with her at times ( even though that was a bad idea |D ) . He'll back off when he gets too far.
Ryker Odair - Vikas' man. Fell for him on one of his dates and sooner or later asked him to be in charge of one of the districts. He gets really protective when he's around and tries to drop his flirtatious act around others. He would do anything for him.

Sam Linwood - His best friend. He grew really attached to this vampire and just won't leave his side. He sometimes likes to embarrass him. He usually calls him "Sammich" or "Sammy-boy"

Vikas Factoids:
Although he was born from Russian decent, he doesn't speak a word of it. His father never found the time so he's slowly learning when he's not during his "leader" duties.
He will freeze up at gunpoint instead of trying to flee. So, he usually brings back up when he goes "hunting" for the Leader Household.
He has a huge fear of thunderstorms ever since he was 5. ( Like he'll crawl under the tables, covers or go in closets |D )
He's very protective when it comes to dating. He has a " Don't look, Don't touch my shit " policy.
