Umbralers are guardians of the balance between light/positive energy and dark/negative energy in the human world.
♦ Umbras absorb the darkness of people's hearts to prevent this from affecting the emotions and actions of the person.
♦ They are not affected by the darkness they absorb because of their ability to generate light. That way they maintain their own light/dark balance.
♦ Umbras can hide their own presence making them almost invisible to humans and they can voluntarily make themselves visble if they want to interact with a certain person.
♦ The don't age but they can die (I'll add more info about this in the future).

Types
There are two main types of Umbralers: Majors and Minors.
♦ Majors
They have a specialized eye (usually their right eye) which has the ability to identify people with negative emotions and to see the darkness inside their hearts.
