Barely much is known about the king of the Secret Order of Medjed, who himself carries the title of Medjed. His real name is lost to the sands as well...if he ever had a real name. Essentially, a mystery wrapped in secrets and tied in several layers of enigma. The most anyone does know about him is his bizarre opinions on what's going on in the modern world. He can't even trust small businesses. Why he's ventured from his unknown home (thought to be somewhere in Egypt) to America is unknown.

But, maybe Sable and co. can trust him...just maybe? It's hard to tell.

- The idea for Medjed began with the thought of a conspiracy nut in the UMS-Earth who was also a dragon - just for the irony of a mythical beast believing in theories that would be far-fetched even in this mystical world.

- So you saw that Hastur is one of the inspirations. Why mix that with Egypt's Medjed? Well, both are shrouded in mystery in their lores - and are generally depicted as cloaked. And with Lovecraft lore's heavy inspirations from Egyptian mythology, it still links well.

- This Medjed's cape serves to imitate the classical Medjed's eyes-on-sheet look.

- The Secret Order of Medjed is technically spread around the world, serving as hidden eyes on the secrets happening globally. They all share a sort of telepathic link, so they can share what they learn with their kin, no matter how far. The central base of operations is in some unknown location in Egypt, or so it's believed.

- Medjed's dual pupils are believed to be a sign of the Avatar of the Secret Order's patron Elder Sominid, Satarha (the Hastur expy of GRIM). This is mainly why he was elected as their current king.
