Flenca = flea + blanca*

* Spanish for "white"

Flenca are rare in spring, summer, and autumn, but very common in the winter. Many Flenca often lay their eggs in the spring, so they'll fully mature in the winter.

Flenca has small HP and defenses, but enormous Speed. It sports moves like Bug Bite, Ice Breath, and even Bounce.

Based on a snow flea. Its back resembles a snow-capped mountain.
