I always like these types of dragon art and yours is no exception. The anatomy on this one looks perfect with no real flaws at all. The original design from Fourth Star looks pretty accurate and you retained the uniqueness of the dragon while adding in your own unique style.
The colors all come together quite nicely and adds a nice impact that comes with looking at it. Especially the facial expression which leaves an interesting impression. I hope to see more from you because this is one great drawing.
