The dragon reminds me the work of nebezial. Except for the legs. Those remind me the work of Lindsey Wakefields disgustingly amazing chicken lizards.

I love this painting and how it tells a story on his own, diffrent to everyone else.

I like the rendering style. A couple of things which could use improevement caught my eye though: the wing structure appears to have extra joints and elbow fingers which are just weird - maybe basing the wings directly off of bat wing references would do them favors. Someone else mentioned the membrane should stretch back farther on the body. The tail continuity doesn't look consistent if one were to redline it over top of the wing blocking it. The feet look too small to bear this big creature's weight when walking on land, and the elbow-fins look like they would just be useless. maybe some jagged scales in place of those fins would work better. Finally, I think the elven warrior would probably be covering her bare arms with fur or something in that cold-looking locale.
But maaan, I love that dragon's face! All the details and the t-rex-esque mouth are fantastic. The detailing and design on the elven warrior are all very rad too, except for the bare skin in cold region like I mentioned (unless she is keeping warm using some sort of magic). And that background....hnnnggghhh...so much detail and depth, man I envy your scene-painting skills.
