I love this kind of experimentation with the comic format. Freakin' brilliant. Now I wonder what the rest of the word bulbs say.

I wonder what would happen if you picked one that wasn't yet ripe? Would it have poor grammar or spelling?

I think that maybe it would just be missing letters and stuff
cause sometimes their supposed to have bad grammar and stuff

I've always been fasinated with the concept that comic characters should be able to talk their word bubbles and bend, give, poke, play with them. i love it.

I too love this concept. Word bubbles or balloons are just as plyable as the characters themselves. I've done a lot of wierd stuff with this in my sketchbooks---eventualy it will work it's way into comics I'll bet.
