I simply love this one. The head looks perfect and as for your technique - there's something unique about it. i can't figure how you do this, but you seem to paint with some kind of dots, something like the technique of impressionists but much more detailed. Divine.

loving most of this, but maybe im too picky, im not real sure bout he back half of the griffin.
the eagle part looks ridiculously awesome, so soft in comparison with the rest of the picture and its working great, but the tiger bit isnt thrilling me.
the background is awesome, enough said.
the lighting is done wonderfully.
and im generally liking the over all composition of it.
i think its the stripes on the back half that are killing it for me. did you use any references? if not i suggest looking up some photos of tigers and seeing how the stripes look in those positions.
im sill jealous of your talents though
