My another fan Ben 10 alien, Angler Ray. Hi's "eyes" are nothing more than just hollow's, that are out there to trick other into thinking that he relies on sign, when in reality his sense of hearing and smell are far superior than his sight ever could be. He's a strictly aquatic creature and cannot survive outside water, but at the same time he's able to control it to a very high degree. So he's able to attach water to parts of his body, then use his powers to rise out of the water, and move on land by basically swimming through the air. But he has to be carefull, because when he becomes too distracted he loses control over the water, and will straigh up die after too much time on land.
