Description Kim Possible really can do anything - she can even talk underwater!

I'm being a lot more ambitious with the coloring in this comic than I have been in the past. To really create the feeling of being at the bottom of the ocean in the middle of the night, I colored everything with a deep blue tint to it - including the speech balloons and the space between the panels. There's not a single space of pure white anywhere on this page.

And for those who aren't fluent in underwater dialogue, allow me to provide subtitles:
Panel 3: "Every spy is trained in the fine art of escape! Undoing a knot like this is easy for a professional."
Panel 4: "See? No big!"
Panel 5: "Now that you got your hands free, there's lots more you can do! One, you can get out your rebreather, which you wanna do first, since you've probably lost a lot of air by now..."

Bubble-talk is like any foreign language - the more you're exposed to it, the more you start to understand it.

Bubble-talk must be added among other great languages, like Elvish and Pig Latin.

Sweet stuff with the colours here - and whaddayaknow, I finally figured out Bubble-talk without checking the "translation" first!

What happens in part three? Shego dives down and takes away her air supply?

I'm pretty fluent with the underwater tongue. So subtitles needed here.

Can't wait for the next part.

I always write for Kim Possible kinda like I'd write for Bugs Bunny - calm and in control, and always with a trick up her sleeve. She knows she's gonna get out of this situation just fine. The fun comes from how she does it.

This is a very canon portrayal. Many fan-artists / -writers, including myself, sort of get carried away with other aspects of her personality, like her competitiveness and her temper. But when she’s β€˜in tune’ as the pop psychiatric expression goes, in the β€˜flow’ [link] (psychology), whether it’s mission, homework, babysitting, or whatever, she is as you describe her. Calm, able to cope, and up to the challenge.

Most likely a tiny laser hidden on her somewhere

In Hidden Talent, it’s in the class ring Wade gave her; she uses it to cut her way out of the metal case Drakken stuffed her in.

In Bad Boy, it’s the pen stuck in her glove; she uses it to cut the chains Zorpox put on her.

In Animal Attraction, she uses it to melt the ice and free Philip Bullion’s hand when he’s frozen to the door of the Billionaire’s Club island resort

In The Golden Years, it’s the wrist watch she uses to cut the chain she’s fastened to that Drakken is lowering her into the alligator pit with.

With our heroine, there's always a recourse.

She'll deal with that on page 3.

Excellent! I can't wait to see how she'll deal with that.

I also did my own "underwater escape" fancomic featuring Kim Possible in company of Kairi from Kingdom Hearts [link] Note then I still need to practice on how to draw Kim.

A full-on real cinder block instructional-video-style Kim escapist comic. She very cute when she's winning, but next time you might want to think about subtitles.

Here's hoping that Kim talks about how to handle sharks and diver henchmen later on (and/or perhaps Shego as well).

I wondered what Kim could had done if Shego or Drakken had taked the precaution to take her rebreather before throwing Kim in the water?

Keep up your good work!
