Description
The next Pokemon sea captain image I made is an edit of the classic Blastoise sprite from Pokemon Red/Blue. It features Blastoise with a ship captain's hat and a pipe, since it fits the stereotype of sea captains. I was inspired to make this, as I thought a sea captain drawing of that classic sprite would look really cool. I apologize for the lines on the drawing, as I made this drawing on notebook paper, and there was no way to get rid of the lines without it being obvious I erased something, so I just cleaned up around the drawing as best as I could.
