Description
The SS Prolific is a steamship built for the white star line, and completed in November of 1902. The ship would service the route between the US, Canada and Australia. The ship fulfilled this role until the late 1920's, only being interrupted by WW1, when she would be needed as a troop transport vessel for the Australian government. She would return to service in 1919, and continue on this route until 1928, when she was retired from service, and scrapped shortly afterwards.
