This is a beautiful piece! There are a lot of thing I think you did really well, and all of them play into my overall view of this image.
The first is Tigerstar's posture. The anatomy is, even with the slightly cartoony look, very accurate, and his body language reflects his role in the story extremely well, especially the turned back and the swishing tail, even though his ears are on high alert. His head's position also makes one notice the scar on his face, a good way to make this feature visible.
The second is the choice of colour. While I know that there are descriptions of all the cats at the beginning of every tome you made his fur-markings look natural, and the slightly dulled-down shades of brown go very well with the amber eyes and the green you used for the grass, creating a harmony that is very pleasing to the eye. Speaking of eyes, they are absolutely stunning and by far my favourite thing about this piece. Just the way the yellow fades into dark amber the further away from the centre you get and the pattern of reflections would be enough to make me fall in love with your art!
The third is shading. The fact that the shade dominates reflects once more that he is a villain, and it looks natural, too, given that it follows the shape of his limbs, giving him proper form.
Though there are a few crtiques they reflect only my own opinion.
I think that the shading could use a little bit more detail. A few strokes following the fur on his tail and back as well as shoulder would add a lot of depth to his fur.
To me, his expression also bugs me a little bit. I know that it's your choice to make him look like this, and I feel a bit stupid for feeling this way, but perhaps his eyebrows could come down a bit further.
But all in all, I love this artwork! It isn't hard to see that you are really good at drawing cats, which is why my 'critiques' are more personal preference than real critiques. The only reason I'm not giving you five stars in every category is because Tigerstar already is an established character in an existing series and the fur I mentioned above. Other than that it is perfect!
I honestly hope that you will keep creating as you are a very talented artist, and I am very happy to know about your art.

I've always loved the villain characters, and although Tigerstar isn't my favorite of them (Hawkfrost, Darktail, and Scourge are probably my favortite Warriors villains), he's still, you know, a villain!
I love the perspective and the expression!

Yes, I also like those villains a lot, one of the reasons I like Scourge, and Darktail, and (although his backstory isn't as tragic) Hawkfrost (I like him a bit more just because of his name and look, which are both really cool in my opinion, lol). I also like Mapleshade, although she (in my opinion) isn't that much of a villain (StarClan really did not treat her very well, making her think what she was doing was right and then throwing her in the Dark Forest for it XD).
Anyway, I'm gonna stop ranting now (I can go on for a while when it comes to things like Warriors if I'm not careful, lol).

I really like Scourge's backstory and design, did you read the manga about him? Really psychologically great.
But I like the good ones better. I'm a fan of Ravenpaw, I love Bluestar and I like Sandstorm's grumpy but strong female power. I also love WindClan cats, I'd choose this Clan for me. The windy grounds and fast cats are thrilling. I like Tallstar and Onewhisker.

YES, I did read Scourge's manga! I actually got it for christmas and read it in about half an hour (with distractions around me so it took a little longer than it would have normally, LOL). That manga just made me like him even more. XD
Also I like those three things you mentioned as well! Although I haven't watched Back to the Future in a little while so I don't remember much of it.
Also yes, I like Ravenpaw as well, and Sandstorm and Bluestar! Although my favorite (other than Jayfeather) is probably Graystripe, Firestar, Lionblaze, Ivypool, Hollyleaf, and I also like Tallstar and Onewhisker (how far into Warriors have you read so far?), and... well, let's just say most of the characters in Warriors XD
I actually like most of the Clans, although I'd have to choose RiverClan, WindClan, ShadowClan, or ThunderClan... oh. Well. That's all the Clans LOL. I think my favorite has to be SkyClan though, probably because they're just different than the others, seeing as how they lived separately for a long time.

I was a hard fan of the first season, and still like it. But from the second season on, I didn't like it that much anymore. I hated the main character change from Firestar to Brambleclaw etc. But I read to the 4th season. And some specials! I really liked the Skyclan books.
From the three, I like Lionblaze most.

Yes, the art style was really good! Also yeah, the first series was probably the best, although the newest series, Broken Code, is also pretty good (I personally love Tree and Rootpaw and Shadowpaw - Brindlefrost is a bit annoying XD). I also really like the concept of the so-far-unknown-and-probably-pretty-powerful antagonist of that arc.
I did almost stop reading at the end of Omen of the Stars when You Know Who died, because I liked him a lot.
And yeah, I also like Lionblaze! I don't see why a lot of people in the Fandom hate him. He's a cool character.
