ETA: Miss Poppy Fields is now on ebay! [link]This custom was done for the Providence, RI 2008 MLP fair. She has been rehaired with dollyhair in nylon. Her landscape symbols, poppy hoofmark, and striated eyes are painted with Model Masters Acrylic paints and are sealed. Her eyes have been glossed to give them that "wet" look. Thanks for looking!

Would you mind if I asked how her hair was rooted?
Are the color streaks single plugs? Or is it all a blend with the white?

The color streaks were single plugs of a solid color, with a few strands of white mixed into them. I literally just grabbed a few white strands here, a few strands there, and mixed them in with what ever color I was rooting at the moment. Sometimes it was a single plug, sometimes a few in a row. Very random, to make it blend a bit.

I figured she was... She's just so beautiful! I love how her hair is primarily white but she has those gorgeous accent streaks. Seriously one of the prettiest ponies ever

i like the side painting and the hair looks like peppermint swirls of clouds lingering over the field... very whimsical... very simple but i like it a lot

I love this pony. She is just sooo cute! The hair almost looks like cotton candy to me, or peppermint. You can see the wet eyes look too, very cute.
