I planned to do the same thing to Terrorsaur that I did with Airazor, fixing most of his little issues and repainting him to create a highly updated and greatly more show accurate deluxe sized version.

After a couple of months of fiddling with ideas to try and hide the huge wings in his bot mode and instead just have the little fins on his arms, nothing I came up with looked like it'd be worth the effort involved, so I just settled for upgraded instead of super improved...
I thought about adding hinges or ball joints to the wings or giving him new sectional wings with a joint at the hand that could retract to be much smaller and folded back for bot mode but that would ruin the smooth look it had in exchange for more visible joints and him being so back heavy he probably wouldn't stand. Just not worth it.

So here's what I did do:

Narrowed the bot head and trimmed the bottom of it some so his head doesn't look so crammed into his chest.
Shaved down the beak so it is a bit thinner and smooth.
Added about 1cm length to his thighs and thickened them.
Made the torso thinner and resculpted some of it for better screen accuracy and less of a diaper pulled up to his chest look.
Thickened the shoulders.
Sharpened the bottom point of his chest/pterodactyl tail.
Full repaint in gloss and metallic paints.
