I finally got around to doing the full Shockwave custom figure.Before, he was just painted.
Now he has modified BW Depthcharge arms.
Obviously I added the gun tip for the left hand so it does not switch back to a normal hand anymore, but the other hand can switch to a booster or whatever. Also added the cord.
I need opinions!
I cant decide for his alt mode whether I like the non-cannon arm up and over as a radar or second weapon, or if I like it down and behind as a booster or rear drill tool.
I considered adding some magnetic weapons and attachments to make the alt mode look better but I want him to remain a one piece transformer without parts to keep up with.
Also I decided to leave the green eye and some green in his chest. For once I chose a color set I liked better over G1 accuracy.

I honestly don't remember what I used. That was the first Shockwave I did a long time ago.

Looks great! I especially like how you incorporated the arms; now, in alt mode, he doesn't have a hand showing thanks to DC's spinning fist transformation gimmick. Very nice.

Thanks Alty! That was the goal but it did cause him to have rounded off shoulders too. I was thinking of adding some squared off shoulders over them but it actually doesn't look so bad.

True. I even tried to form a gun but it looked pretty silly. BTW I loved the Shockwave you did too. Your metallics are great!
