Here's one way to take that broken BW Transmetal Megatron and tell gold plastic syndrome to go to Hades I suppose.Made to go with the existing Universe and Henkei Cheetor and Dinobot, and the upcoming Generations Waspinator and Rhinox.
T-rex skates and tail weapon extensions easily attach (skates peg into robot hands and tail sections are on ball joints) and can be stored in the backpack in either mode.
I know the skates are backwards from the original version but this way fit better and made more sense to me. Maybe now a tiny rock won't trip him up.
With the dino hip turbines on his shoulders, they can be flipped up in robot mode too for robot hovering similar to how he did in the show.

More like to the pit. Excellent work on working out the gps on your Megatron I'm curious how this could be achieved with universe Megabolt,and beast wars Mutant Soundwave as they suffer from GPS

I wish that there was a TM MEgatron version or custom version where his Hip Turbines could rotate and such just like in the show.

I wish they go back and redesign all the Beast Wars Toys to make them more show accurate.
So far they've remade Optimus, Megatron, Rhinox, Dinobot tho I wish they gave him his spinning tail weapon instead of non-spinning one, Waspinator and Rattrap more TV accurate.
Theo ne that needs more show accurate would be Scorponok, Transmetal Rattrap, Transmetal Megatron by giving him rotating thigh thrusters, Inferno by giving him tv show accurate flamethrower cannons, Transmetals Rampage, Transmetals 2 Dinobot by giving his bladed hands more independant movements and such and others that needs more tv show accurate upgrade. I had 2 of these from back when they first came out. Took them both out of a box last year. One crumbled to pieces and the other was just like when I got him, nice and sturdy. I guess some had that issue and some didn't.

It took a lot more work that anything I could just tell ya right quick, heh.
Its mainly a generations Grimlock mixed with the original TM Megatron and some other random figure parts and sculpt work.

I wil see if I can do something similar, I bought a spare grimlock a while back to do a shattered glass version but this is much better
