cusps are the "in between" days (the 21st-23rd on one end or the 23rd-25th on the other!) I was born on the 25th, so I'm a virgo-libra cusp in libra majority (a virgo-libra cusp is called the cusp of beauty because both signs like the more "finer" things in life that a lot of people consider beautiful, such as art, fashion, etc).
it's really neat, and if you believe in zodiac traits and are a custp you tend to notice that you have traits that the sign before/after yours shows too. ^^
