LN-21 is a Blaster Rifle created in The Russian Federation, one of the first blaster rifles to have existed and the first one to be mass produced. Created by an Russian Engineer, Levi Nikashev; he has taken inspiration after a colleague of his has successfully produce a weaponized plasma using the alien technology that was recently excavated. He used the mechanisms to make a battery that produces Plasma Bolts and created a body for the weapon based on the Designs of the AK Rifle (Specifically the AK-47), due to it's Legacy Status among the Russian Landscape and it's simplicity and reliability. Prototypes were released and presented on the Russian Defense Committee and the Russian Cabinet where it was tested and results which received plenty of praises and soon finalized version of the design were agreed and started Mass Production to which it is soon implemented into the Russian Army. However the Rifle would eventually get replaced in the Next 7 Years with a different rifle for the Russian Armed Forces; While Lev is disappointed about the sudden change, he is still able produce LN-21's but instead of being used by the Russian Armed Forces, instead it would be used by other various countries and various Mercenary forces; One of them is Agzvangka Industries, to which eventually Acquire the Rights for the Weapon Concept for them to use in their own interests.
