This is wonderful! I love the color contrast between the background and here dress, makes it really pop, you've done a great job! The only thing I could suggest is working more on the anatomy, and maybe adding some interesting lighting (but lighting has more to do with a person's style, not the quality of the painting, so if you don't like adding dynamic lighting just ignore this

Gorgeous details, particularly on the banister. The way you have done the lighter/more saturated leaves works really well as it almost creates a halo above her head.
