Description
There was a lot of discussion over how "Mega Man" this guy was in terms of body type. Then Bounce Man happened! lolI'm of the mindset of "If canon gets away with it..." so this guy will stick around. Gonna update his face a bit to something like what you see here! I think the dorky little light on his head fits his job of capturing criminals.
