Description

Spearfinger operated during the frontier era of American history. She was a Cherokee woman who served as a guide and general diplomat for Citizen and The Pioneers, a group of superhuman explorers and lawmen. Her Cherokee name was Sasa, and she took her codename from the Cherokee myth of the U'tlun'ta. Her powers are the result of a superevolution.
Her fate was unknown for a long time, until the events of the Cross-time Premiers during which she was plucked out of the timestream and deposited in the present day. She teamed up with the first incarnation of the New Pioneers and is now one half of a superhero duo with Citizen.
Like the U'tlun'ta, Sasa possesses stone-hard skin and cannot be injured by arrows, bullets knives, or other small conventional weaponry. Her fingers end in sharp retractable claws, capable of slicing through flesh and bone. Spearfinger has incredible superhuman strength, able to lift 10 tons.
