They're on Kharna watching Meg perform. One might assume that the Boss was generous enough to let them in, but seeing as how Karis doesn't care for the Boss, he wouldn't mind wandering around shirtless. Karis typically wears as little an amount of clothing as possible. He is proud of his scars. And doesn't give a shit about what people think.
