Ariel
I wanted to do similar coloring as my last work with Belle, but with a very rough and sketchy lineart and more free feeling.
I made this very quickly, so that it has that roughness, I really love to work like this, it suits me very well
I wanted to just create something from my heart, without thinking anatomy, light source or anything, just have fun and not to struggle with it ^^
(It's cork of a bottle, the thing she's looking at xD)

I've always wondered... how her hair stays up like that... hair gel made of sea-weed and fish-slime? Should i go live in the ocean for a couple o' years to get a unique hairstyle...?

Awesome work! I really wanna draw Ariel, but I don't out of respect. It's not my own "personality" in play, but I feel mermaids should just not be covered, it's not natural. I choose not to draw her for that reason cause I know a lot of people really like her and not sure how they'd feel with a pair of jugs in their face (tho I guess the same applies to Tinkerbell...). There's always the Peter Pan method of using the hair.
But again, fantastic work!

I don't have that problem at all. Maybe I should draw her. But man, I forget the last time I saw the Little Mermaid. I watch the animated series from time to time on Disney if I'm up and got nothing else to watch.
