I know about ripped jeans, but I don't recall shredded tights being fashionable in the 90s either, I think it's more of an 80s punk trend? Although I'm no fashion guru And ripped tights was never my thing either, thank god it's not a trend today! But I can see Tonks wearing all kinds of styles, the more she stands out, the better!
