nice play on words for title. I do like the concept used hear but find the water either a little too slow or a little too fast... i'm not sure which!

It helps to get a perspective from someone else to help make my work better. When I shoot something else like this (trust me) I will keep in mind and spend more time and take more shots to get more from the image.

Thats a very nice shot, the colors are very strong and vibrant and really stand out. I think you got it just right with the exposure time as the blur is great.
I think I would develop this concept a little more however. I like the stone and rock idea that she is your rock so to speak... however, it is a bit bright which seems a little counter to weathering a storm... unless of course its already passed
regardless, this is a great shot
