Thanks be to the BBC prop department for making this one an easy build. Just added a button to the bottom of and took the Emitter ring off a 4th Doctor Toy Sonic. (please note: this was built within 2 hours of seeing the show)Related content

Yep, just spotted it for sale at forbidden planet UK. It even lights up.
