I.HATE.COLORING.PREMADE.LINEART!!!I first tried to use the "pick by color" feature and copy the black lineart and paste it on a blank layer so I could color it soft cell. It killed the lineart. I tried to color the pic using the multiply feature. It killed the color. So, I decided to combine the two techniques and it actually worked. It might not be the best coloring job, but it is the best coloring job I've ever done.

Try saving files as PNG not JPG. JPG messes up on the borders of white and black/color such as the little blurry halo around the !

Thanks for the advice. Most of the pixelation was from the original lineart that I chose to leave untouched. I also re-submitted the pic so now it's PNG instead of JPG. I might submit all my future pics in PNG.
