So yeah, I really HATE following a trend that everyone else is doing, and that involves these beautiful Hototo's that are poping up in my inbox all the time...so gosh darnit I couldn't help myself...

Mini Story;;
It was another long day for Dee, she felt drained of all energy and looked forward to going to her warm bed for a nap. But as she sat at her desk it began snowing outside, she watched the flakes float down just outside the window for a while. Suddenly she stood up, almost knocking her chair over in the rapid motion, and walked to the front door. "I think a walk will do me good..." She said aloud to herself as she put on her coat. As she opened the door, snow flakes danced over to melt on her face, and she stuck out her tonge for a moment like a child would do.
A neigh sounded from off to her right, which would be the opposent of the stables and barns where the forest bordered. She wondered why there would be a horse or horses out at this time when she knew that they where supposed to be in their stalls for the night.
So Dee took off in the direction of the noise, walking quickly. Soon she was within the forest and paused for a moment to look around carefully. A pale glow, so she thought, shown from not far off. Curiosity loved Dee and she moved quickly to find out what it was, but in doing so she tripped over an unseen tree root that was sticking out of the ground. She fell on her butt onto the freezing snow, and from above the tree branches quivered releasing its hold an a fairly large sum of snow. Dee looked up as it fell, almost in a slow motion fashion, and thought, 'oh shit.' She put her head down and squeezed her eyes shut prepared to get buryed. But...nothing happened. Slowly she opened her eyes and it seemed both darker, but a faint light hummed. A snort sounded from above her head and she shot her head up to look face to face to a giant stallion. He stood over her with an almost amused look about his face. Once he knew he had her attention the mighty stallion shook his body, sending snow flying all around. "Did you stop the snow from getting to me?" She absent-mindedly said aloud. The Hototo looked at her with his glossy black eyes and neighed another deep neigh, lowering his head to lightly touch his nose to her head. He blew out a huff of air causing a cloud of steam. Dee giggled like a school girl as his breath tickled her hair. "Well then!"
