Lol I've actually seen a rip-off called 'Toppo' before that comes in, like, 3 flavors. I've always wanted to try the salty-vanilla sticks lol

toppo is actually just reversed pocky they put the flavor inside. its actually pretty good and tastes the same as pocky but they are both awesome products made by two amazing japanese companies

what if you dissolve the instant coffee powder into the white chocolate? and then you wouldn't have granule coming off all the time

You should try Wasabi and dark chocolate pocky. It sounds gross, but it tastes so good.

This recipe seems really interesting. Could you possibly post a photo of finished pocky? I can't imagine how it would look made of puffy pastry o.o

I'll see what I can do - I just have to make it again lol. My original intention was to use a recipe for cheese straw dough, but I couldn't find directions on how to make it from scratch, and I have no idea what the book was I read it in when I was younger was.
