It's one of my favorites too actually and i'm surprised that it doesn't seem to do so well comparing to other photos i don't like as much...so i'm really glad to know that at least one more person really likes it

Well, I think it is one of your best photos. You should put it to more groups si that people could see it.
There is a very sharp background and I feel to be there because of it. But it is quite strange that I have this feeling because according the theories the background have to be a bit blurred so that the picture looks so 3D.
At first I wanted to write you that you should a bt blur the background so that it looked more naturaly, but now I think it is better like that, because I may not have the feelings without sharp distances.

I took your advice and just posted it in some more groups About the background i think you are very right. My purpose with this photo was to integrate many layers...for example you have the rock and the plants right in front of you...then the swampy area...then the mountains...and the clouds...and i really like how they blend together...if the background was more blurry i think it would lose this feeling.

In other pictures IΒ΄ve seen from you I can get a feeling. You focus on anything and you make it magnificent and beautyful. ItΒ΄s charming and immersive.

This one, even thought is still really beauteous, is a little bit dispersed. I donΒ΄t know how to explain it.

I loved to see it but didnΒ΄t feel your "touch" in this one.

First of all, thank you very much for your thoughtful comment It really honors me!
Secondly, i guess you are right on this one...i think it's because there is no main focus on the image...it's kinda abstract, more like a painting with many colors...i saw it that way too when i took the photo so maybe that's why it lacks a certain feeling. Thank you again!
