I must ask, did you create this creature yourself? Or is it an actual cryptid? Either way, it's a highly fascinating organism- one that using acid slime to dissolve its food.

Sweet! well, great idea! I doubt I could think up a monster as unique and unusual as this one (The only original creature I've created that was "out there" is my Chikkle-Cat species [link] )

That is one very, very mutated frog monster! Good job on the sticky/slimy pads on his feet. Reminds me of a kind of tree frog, like one would find in a rainforest. Those people in the boat don't look like they're enjoying the attention. You got a laugh out of me when I saw the little frog jumping into the water. Looks like he wants to join in on the action.

Very nice, Vaughak! I like its pose, and the behavior of the guys on the boat tells everything.

Something that sticks out a bit is the water lighting; the water doesn't look dark enough on the right hand side of the picture. Imagine if the water was mirror-flat, it would be reflecting the darkness of the cave/hillside. As the water goes from flat to rough, it will start to reflect other areas of the environment (a bit of the bright sky, for example), but it should still be mostly cave/hillside. As it stands, the water looks kinda like it's glowing.

Having said that, I really love the /texture/ of the water.

thank you !! - and once again i agree with you- the water really could need more contrast-darn difficult to paint water...
