Well... Where should I start? In fact I don't know ANYTHING about animated pictures...
So I guess let's start with the basic stuff...
I guess first is to make different pictures that I want to combine in the animation...
Then?

ok
but u need to go to animation window(in PS it's in window->animation) and then add frames by pressing on icon that looks like add new layer in PS.then the pictures(the layers in PS) that u don't need in a current frame u make invisible in PS layers.If u need to change something in layer and u want the change in all frames u need to stand on the first frame and then it will change in all frames.
